Yutong offer you the choice of appointing your own local repair agent to avoid unnecessary downtime – fully supported with parts delivery and service information.
The Yutong Warranty Claim process must be followed for all warranty repairs authorised by Bus Centre WA. This involves a written overview of the issue, its cause and how it was resolved – and ‘Before’, ‘During’ and ‘After’ repair photos.
If you require a repair to be carried out during your Warranty Period (as specified in the Yutong Warranty Manual upon delivery) or any further clarification on warranted items, please contact our team at Bus Centre WA.
Please Note: All warranty repairs to the Cummins Engine and Allison Transmission must be pre-authorised and carried out by the manufacturer’s specified repair agent.
